A Zambian scholar who was serving a 9-calendar year, six-month sentence in a Russian jail has been killed combating along with Russian troops in Ukraine, the Zambian government declared Monday.
Zambian International Minister Stanley Kakubo suggests Russian officials educated the Zambian governing administration of the death of 23 year-old Lemekhane Nyireda, who was a federal government-sponsored pupil in advance of he was sentenced for unspecified crimes in April 2020.
Kakubo stated the Zambian government was searching for responses from Russia about how Nyirenda finished up on the battlefield in Russia’s war towards Ukraine.
